The 2007 Australian Inter-Club Boxacise Championships comprised 30 events over 5 separate days in May (x2), July, September, and December. Day One at the Academy on the 6th of May saw Michael Bellert win the '15 Speedball Sprint' from Rohan Parrant in a one strike photo finish. Tony O'Brien favoured to take the '!5 Skipping Sprint' did just that whilst Rohan won the 'Freestyle Power Bag', the '15 Square-Ring Speed Skip', 'Teams Medicine-Ball' with TJ Cunningham and Michael Bellert, and 'Focus Pads Challenge' partnered by Michael Gritzalis.

Day Two was held at Clark's Lifestyle Centre in Sunny Queensland on the 20th of May. David Williams won in the '15 Speedball Sprint' and the 'Strike-Out Floor to Ceiling Ball Challenge' whilst coach Mark Stanton and Mick Judas won the 'Focus Pads Challenge'. Karen Horsfall capped off a really good day by winning the '15 Skipping Sprint', 'Freestyle Speedball' and '9 Square-Ring Speed Skip',

Day Three was at the Academy on the 7th July with Michael Bellert and Rohan Parrant dead heating in the '15 Doubles Speedball Sprint' after gunning past first round leader Michael Gritzalis. Rohan dead heated with Steve Cunningham in the '30 Medicine-Ball Step'.after finishing out of a place in the '45 Speedball Sprint' won by Michael Gritzalis. Rohan then took out the '15 Square-Ring Speed Skip' the '30 Skipping Sprint' and 'Doubles Medicine-Ball' with Michael Gritzalis.

Day Four on the 1st September had Michael Bellert win the 'Blind 60 Speedball Challenge' only for Rohan to snatch the '60 Speedball Sprint'. Young Micky Cunningham blew away the opposition in the '21 Square-Ring Speed Skip' then pipped the field in the 'Freestyle Floor to Ceiling Ball' but Rohan took the '60 Skipping Sprint' to finish top of the scoreboard.

Day Five held on the 9th December had Rohan holding an unassailable points lead in the overall Chamionships from Dereck Herbert, who whilst not having won a single event was sitting in second place on 31.50, with Michael Bellert breathing down his neck in third on 27.66, and Micky Cunningham on 23.16. Rohan won the '120 Speedball Sprint' beating his previous best score of 531 with a 555. Rohan as per last year held Dereck off in the '45 Floor to Ceiling Ball Sprint' by just 2 hits, with Micky Cunningham taking out the '21 Square-Ring Skip' whilst TJ Cunningham drew with Rohan in the 'Steve Macleod Freestyle Speedball'. Rohan unbeatable in the 'Strike-Out Floor to Ceiling Ball' also won the '120 Skipping Sprint' and 'Boxathlon'.
